What happened to my little man?

What happened to my little man I just had to carry him upstairs and tuck him in to his big boy bed and realized he is such a big boy! He refused to stay in bed tonight he just wanted to be held and snuggled in we all have days when we just want someone to hold us so I did just that let him lay on me and fall asleep. Gone are the days where he fits on my chest but he always warms my heart when he snuggles in with me and gives his little kisses and that is just what I needed tonight :)

Cotton babies Artist series give away question

Q:How do you encourage a creative, artistic spirit in your baby, toddler or young child?

A: I have 3 children 6, 2 and 4 months I think that imagination and creativity are very important in their development. Our play room is designed to let them explore and express their creativity we have an art easel, paints, crayons, books, music toys, and a corner dedicated to dramatic play and a special spot on the wall for each child's masterpieces. I encourage them to use all of these things freely and we often take walks to see what things we can find along the way to make art out of nature has some pretty cool patterns, shapes and textures! I also have a love for photography so naturally my two oldest kids have their own cameras (my 2yr old is rough on equipment thank goodness for the kid tough line!) They love taking pics and they are so proud when they get developed and we hang them on the wall! These are the ways i encourage my children to express there creativity!!
